(Initial registration required. Please contact the Practice to arrange) The Practice was founded in 1961 by Dr Donald Harrison who worked from premises in Wickenby Close. It moved to the health centre at the crossroads between Newark Road and Moor Lane in 1976. The practice moved to it's current purpose built building in August 2003. Dr Paxton became the senior doctor in the practice in 1999. We run this website in order to provide you with up to date information about the practice, staff, opening times and services offered. Crossroads medical practice exists to help the people on it's register receive the best possible medical care using the resources available to it in the most effective manner. We are a busy practice under many pressures but we endeavour to deal with each person courteously and as effeciently as possible. If you feel your care or the attention you have received falls below this standard please make the practice manager aware of this. Constructive comments and suggestions are always welcome. Crossroads Medical Practice is a 3A PMS practice. The Practice has a PMS (Personal Medical Services) contract with Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust.
